PREPARING FOR THE HEARING

Maître Maximilien FOURT strives to identify the elements to be loaded and unloaded from his files and to bring them to the attention of his clients before the hearing. Each case is systematically the subject of a complete analysis, in order to find any procedural defects, but also to determine the best defense to adopt.
