Sentence adjustment (Aménagement de peine)

"Aménagement de peine" is the stage that comes after the sentence.

This area falls within the competence of the Judge of the Application of Sentences (JAP).

The Firm regularly assists foreign persons (Holland, England, Colombia...) that face prison sentences.

The law of the sentence is vast, it makes it possible to modulate and adapt the sentence pronounced to the personality of the person concerned.

In particular, it may allow the conversion of a prison sentence into day-fines, community service or placement under electronic surveillance.

With regard to convicts who have been imprisoned, many possibilities are offered in order to adjust the prison sentences and allow their execution in electronic bracelet, semi-freedom or conditional release.

The Firm strives to work in good harmony with the Integration and Probation Counselors, so that the most appropriate and rapid solutions are found.

Maximilien FOURT intervenes for the adjustment of short sentences for people placed in prison (Fleury-Mérogis, Fresnes, Nanterre, La Santé etc…), but also within the framework of the execution of heavy sentences for prisoners imprisoned in Center of Detention (Réau, Meaux, Châteaudun etc…).
